Sheild Earrings

Ready to ship!

Made from sterling silver and copper, I have rolled a sheet of copper with a texture plate, cut out the shields with a saw, adding fine (999) silver 'rivets' and a silver ring. i have then oxidised (aged) the earrings, rubbing them back with wire wool and fine polishing the silver elements. Finished with hand made sterling silver ear wires.

Width of sheild: 4cm

Height of sheild: Approx. 3.5cm

Full drop of earring (from ear wire to bottom tip): Approx. 6cm

About Iceni Copper

I don't use chemicals to seal my copper, they come to you in their natural copper state. In time, they will oxidise further, creating their own unique colour. To keep the sheen, run a jewellery cloth over them from time to time. Please refer to the jewellery care instructions included with your earrings.
