Feathers mean so many different things to so many people. I once had to face something a bit scary - and in my mind I asked my late Granddad to watch over me, a moment after sending my plea, I looked down on the ground, and there was a beautiful black feather, it bought me great comfort in a scary moment and ever since, whenever I see a black feather, I think of my lovely Granddad <3
These feathers are hand cut by me from sterling silver sheet, I then texture and use a sterling silver wire to create the rachis (the middle bit) which I then twist at the top and create a loop. Hung on a gently hammered little hoop, it is in turn hung on a sterling silver chain, length of your choice (just choose from the drop down menu).
Size: Approx: 4cm long, by 1.5cm wide
