Returns
I am happy to offer refunds within 14 days - however there are some exemptions, which are:
- An item that I make specifically for you/commissions - unless it is faulty.
- Earrings - due to health and safety - unless they are faulty.
- Gift vouchers.
To arrange a refund, please contact me on info@corawade.com, with details of why you would like a refund. Please don't send your item until you have emailed me and had a reply so I can expect your return (I will respond to your email within 48 hours). I will then send you a return code for your package.
Once your return is received I will refund you to your original method of payment.
Shipping
To return your item you should mail your product to: Iceni Jewellery, 8 Swanmore Road, Ryde, PO33 2TF.
You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
