Postage/Shipping

If your order is urgent, please do get in contact and I will do all I can to juggle my make list and prioritise your order.

You can choose from 1st Class signed for, or Special Delivery. First Class Signed For offers up to £50 insurance, and Special Delivery £500 for your parcel. If you choose Special Delivery, please make sure you keep in mind the time it takes me to make your order (see below).

***I do not offer collection directly from the workshop due to security reasons***

Please note: Many Iceni pieces are Made to Order, do bare this in mind when ordering. It will take me up to 7 days (longer during busy periods like Christmas, sales, high season) to make before putting into the post to you. For items that need hallmarking, please be aware that this could be between 14-21 days (normally sooner, but depends on the workload of the London Assay Office). For pieces that are purchased from the 'Ready to Post' Collection, these will be posted during my next Post Office visit (three times a week).

If you need your piece sooner, please do message me, I will try to prioritise your order.

For those outside the UK, postage is a flat fee of £13.
